Our history and experience in financial services, investment and property lending is quite simply vast. Having   owned   a   very   successful   loan   and   mortgage   brokerage   and   packager   for   over   twenty-five   years   our   Managing   Director   has   a   truly   unique market   perspective.   This,   coupled   with   a   team   that’s   operated   extensively   across   both   regulated   and   non-regulated   markets,   marks   us   apart   from   our competitors. In   ten   years   of   lending   we   have   risk   profiled,   originated,   managed   and   redeemed   hundreds   of   loans   to   a   wide   range   of   borrowers,   including numerous   overseas   investors,   offshore   companies,   UK   businesses,   solicitors,   accountants,   barristers,   Queen’s   Counsels,   property   developers   &   sports professionals   to   name   but   a   few.   These   loans,   a   mixture   of   first   and   second   charges,   have   always   been   secured   against   prime   residential   and commercial property, over loan terms of three to twenty-four months, occasionally longer. As   a   result,   on   even   the   largest   loans,   we   can   offer   a   Director’s   decision   and   terms   within   hours   and   proceed   quickly   to   completion   thereafter.   Finding lenders that will consider, in particular, very large loans against high value, single unit properties in London has proved difficult in recent years. We   are   a   longstanding   lender   patron   of   the   NACFB   (www.nacfb.org.uk)   and   work   closely   and   collaboratively   with   the   CEOs   of   all   the   major   trade associations to influence and guide standards and the shape of our industry.
